Return & Exchange Policy

At Trellis, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in limited quantities. Slight variations in print, texture, weave, and color are a natural part of the handcrafted process and should not be considered defects.

Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims, customers must share clear images/videos within 24 hours of delivery on the email ID mentioned on our Connect page.

Requests raised after the mentioned timelines may not be accepted.

Returns

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as a store credit note equivalent to the product value, which can be used for future purchases on the website.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal dislike of color, fit, fabric, or print
  • Minor irregularities inherent to handcrafted processes
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
  • Products returned without original tags and packaging

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible Exchange Cases

  • Wrong product received
  • Wrong size sent by us
  • Manufacturing defect or damaged product received
  • Customer size exchange request (subject to stock availability)

Conditions for Exchange

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability
  • Reverse pickup availability depends on serviceable pin codes
  • Trellis reserves the right to deny exchanges if the returned product fails quality inspection

Store Credit Notes

  • Store credits can be used for future purchases only
  • Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Validity of store credit: 6 months from date of issue

Important Notes

  • Slight color bleeding during initial washes is normal in handcrafted and naturally dyed garments
  • Natural variations in print placement, texture, and weave are part of the garment’s character
  • Colors may appear slightly different due to photography lighting and screen settings

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order will fall under the return and exchange policy mentioned above.
